1. WHAT’S THE STORY BEHIND EASY PEACY?
Easy Peacy was conceived during the pandemic in 2021 by Stine. She wanted to create a sense of normality for both her and her loved ones. She started cooking from her apartment in Copenhagen. Inspired by her mom’s approach to food she focused on the in-season produce and the Italian way of sharing a meal.
What started as an “at-home-hobby-project” quickly grew bigger and Stine moved her business to an industrial kitchen in the meat packing district and Creative Director Ida Ravn was hired to brand consult and create the visual aesthetic of Easy Peacy.
Finally in October 2021 Easy Peacy moved in to it’s own kitchen at Vester Farimagsgade 6 while the office is located on Mehldalsgade 2
Today Easy Peacy is run by a team of five women.
2. WHAT’S THE ESSENCE OF EASY PEACY?
Simple pleasure, not so simple minds perhaps? Or maybe a memory of an amusement park.
Easy is playful, forgiving and curious, but we try to cook simple, tasteful dishes that aren’t too complicated to create nor understand. Good ingredients are alpha and omega and the flavour is what we spend the most time on.
The way we cook and create is very vibrant and very little mechanical.
3. WHICH IS THE MOST COOKED DISH ?
The most cooked dish is probably panzanella. Such a nice, simple way to incorporate a lot of veggies and day old bread with nice olives, herbs and generous amounts of olive oil of course.
4. WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS FOR EASY PEACY?
To take over the motherfucking world
5. WHO OR WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST INSPIRATION?
Our biggest inspiration is each other. It may sound a bit corny, but we really do spend the most of all days looking in old and new cookbooks, going out to eat or shop food, talking about new ways to do this and that. We all have really different ways and styles of cooking which is something very valuable if you’re as curious a bunch like us.

Fruit de mer with toasted bread and aioli <3 all day every day

Must have ingredient is of course organic extra virgin olive oil
8. A DISH THAT BRINGS YOU TO YOUR CHILDHOOD.
Our grandmothers ‘rød grød med fløde’. I think all Danes relate.
9. WHAT’S THE PERFECT PAIR TO OLIVE OIL?
Perfect paring with olive oil is tomatoes, flaky sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Maybe a lil leaf of basil
10. HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE PSYCHE ORGANIC OLIVE OIL IN ONE WORD?
